Refund Policy
Digital products, delivered instantly. Here's how refunds work.

Honey Brûlée sells digital products — cookbooks, guides, and other downloadable content — that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the product transfers to you instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds are limited.
When We Issue Refunds
We will issue a full refund if any of the following applies:
- The product did not download or deliver. Email us at [email protected] with proof of purchase and we will resend or refund.
- The product was materially different from what was described on the sales page. Email us with specifics within 7 days of purchase.
- We made a billing error — duplicate charge, wrong amount, or charge to the wrong card. Email us with the transaction details.
- You request a refund within 7 days with a substantive reason. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
When We Do Not Issue Refunds
- After 7 days from the purchase date
- If you have downloaded the product and used it
- For "I changed my mind" or "I didn't get a chance to use it" requests after the 7-day window
- For repeated refund requests on similar products from the same buyer
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- The order number from your confirmation email
- The reason for the refund request
We will respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, your access to all Honey Brûlée products may be revoked, and you may be blocked from future purchases. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out first.
